in memory of two victims of callous indifference; Kitty Genovese, March 13, 1964
and Hugo Tale-Yax, a Good Samaritan who was left to bleed to death April 18,
2010. Both could have been rescue. No less than 38 saw Ms. Genovese attacked and
25 walked passed Mr. Tale-Yax as his life blood left him on another Queens, NY
sidewalk.
